Our Staff

One of the most critical aspects of the CarePoint Anesthesia Group is the interaction our staff has with our doctors’ offices, our patients and the parents of our patients. We pride ourselves on providing a positive experience. From the introductory phone call to any postoperative questions that may arise, we will be there to help you through it all.

Anesthesia can be stressful and a bit intimidating, but our staff is proud to be able to walk our patients through everything they need to know, making the whole experience much more enjoyable. Quality, safe anesthesia makes CarePoint a good option for your anesthesia care, but compassion and devotion to the patient experience is what makes CarePoint the best.

Sarah Sparling

Sarah was born and raised in Scottsdale, AZ and relocated to Colorado in 2006. I was drawn to the cooler temperatures, and all the fun Colorado had to offer. In my spare time I enjoy working out (running, weights and Barre), also doing crafts. When Im not working I am spending time with my family- Husband and 3 kids.

Denisse Rodriguez

Denisse was born and raised in Loveland, CO. She is the Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator with CarePoint Anesthesia Group. Prior to joining CarePoint, Denisse worked in a pediatric dental practice and was a barista at Starbucks! In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her fiance, going to concerts, and staying home watching any new show. She is excited to be part of the staff here at CarePoint!!

Rose Liza Baker

I moved to Colorado in 2000 from Hawaii and can’t believe how much time has flown! The past years have been full of professional challenges and personal growth for me. I joined the CarePoint Anesthesia Team in the fall of 2015, as the Billings and Claims Coordinator. Almost 10 years later, I am now semi-retired and hold the Executive Assistant position. Working from home is one of the greatest benefits working for CarePoint as it gives me the opportunity to work off-site and at the same time be able to pursue my passion of travel. I am thankful and very blessed to work with such wonderful and professional Team Members, the administrative staff and providers, but most especially the Owners (Drs Josh, Kris, Celine, and Seth).
