Our Staff

One of the most critical aspects of the CarePoint Anesthesia Group is the interaction our staff has with our doctors’ offices, our patients and the parents of our patients. We pride ourselves on providing a positive experience. From the introductory phone call to any postoperative questions that may arise, we will be there to help you through it all.

Anesthesia can be stressful and a bit intimidating, but our staff is proud to be able to walk our patients through everything they need to know, making the whole experience much more enjoyable. Quality, safe anesthesia makes CarePoint a good option for your anesthesia care, but compassion and devotion to the patient experience is what makes CarePoint the best.

CarePoint would not be where it is today without the key members who make up our staff. If you happen to work with us in the future, you will most likely cross paths with some of these incredible people. Please take a minute to read their bios below and get to know our team better.

Sarah Sparling

Sarah was born and raised in Scottsdale, AZ and relocated to Colorado in 2006.  I was drawn to the cooler temperatures, and all the fun Colorado had to offer.  In my spare time I enjoy working out (running, weights and Barre), also doing crafts.  When Im not working I am spending time with my family- Husband and 3 kids (17, 11, and 3).

Jennifer Arneson

Jennifer Arneson was born and raised in Colorado. She is a Patient Care Coordinator at CarePoint Anesthesia Group. In her spare time she loves to drag race her challenger, go hunting, camping, and fishing. She also loves volunteering at children’s hospital and giving back in honor and memory of her husband and son.

Kayla Millemon

My name is Kayla. I am a Patient Care Coordinator for CarePoint Anesthesia Group. Before working for CarePoint, I was a Pediatric Dental Assistant for 9 years. I previously taught a dental assisting course and worked as a general anesthesia coordinator. CarePoint is near and dear to my heart as I have known some of the staff for several years. I am happy that I get to work somewhere where I wake up excited to contribute to a team I truly know is the best of the best. I plan to make CarePoint my home for many years to come, so I feel truly invested in my work and the patients I serve.

I have a sweet 10 year old little girl who enjoys hunting, camping, and Fortnite. I also have a 10 year old step daughter who likes to swim, dance, and is into fashion. In my free time I like to spend the day outdoors hiking with my dogs. I also like to garden, walk the dogs, take the kids bike riding, or spend a late night out with the family at the drive in.

Christina Clements

Christina is what you would say ‘transplant’ to Colorado, though living here for 20+ years, the South is still home. She is a Patient Care Coordinator. Christina is married and has a 10 year old daughter. In her spare time she enjoys camping, reading and SUP’ing and never turns down an evening with friends. She is excited to part of the staff here at Care Point.

Rose Liza Baker

I am an “island” girl.  Born in the Philippines but grew up on Guam, a small U.S Territory island in the Pacific. Prior to joining CarePoint Anesthesia, I had worked in the banking industry for over 13 years, with Bank of Hawaii (Guam and Honolulu branches) as an Assistant Vice President for their Cash Management Department.

At the urging of a flight attendant friend, I visited Denver in the spring of 2000 and met my husband Michael, who was at that time my neighbor. Long story short, we got married and just celebrated our 12th year anniversary. Together, we have 5 children from a previous marriage, 2 grandkids, and an 18-year-old cat named Gigi.

When I permanently moved to Colorado, I was uncertain of what career to pursue. I decided to further my education and completed an Associate of Science degree in Electronic Commerce at the Denver Tech College (now DeVry University).

I joined the CarePoint Anesthesia team in the fall of 2015, and do enjoy the benefit and luxury of being home based and not having to commute to work. My main responsibility at CarePoint Anesthesia is the “back end” of the operation.  I handle the submission of Medicaid claims, collection of private pays and Account Receivables, production of EOM reports, and Medicaid credentialing for new providers, etc.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking and introducing Filipino and Chamorro (Guam) cuisine to new found Colorado friends. I do miss swimming in the ocean and the beautiful sunsets at the beaches but have gotten to love the majestic mountains of Colorado.

April Estes

Born and raised in Colorado, I have been in Denver since 2004. Joined the Dental field 13 plus years ago. I’ve worked as assistant and eventually Practice Management. I am excited to join the Care point team as the claims and billings coordinator. Doing what I enjoy, for a company I believe in! In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, which includes my husband and 3 children.

Skylar Brantley

Skyler was born in Maryland and moved to Colorado as a young child. In her spare time, she loves to explore new places, hang out with friends and overall just have a good time. Prior to joining CarePoint, Skyler was a Barista and Head Trainer at Starbucks! Skyler is currently working for CarePoint as an Anesthesia Technician and enjoys engaging with the patient families to make them feel secure and comfortable during the treatments. Thanks to CarePoint, she is very excited about a future career as a surgical technician!”

Parker Mackay

Parker Mackay was born and raised in Littleton, Colorado. He loves to travel and was able to spend a year in Ecuador. After becoming fluent in Spanish, he moved back to Colorado where he now loves to spend his time outdoors. He is currently attending college at Brigham Young University.
